What happens
to your files.

Conversion happens on the server. Your files are uploaded temporarily, processed, and made available for download.

Private temporary storage

Uploads are associated with your account or guest session. Job details are accessible only to the owner and authorized operators. Outputs are delivered through short-lived signed download links.

Expiration and deletion

Your current plan sets the retention and download period. The Free plan initially provides two hours. Source files are removed after successful processing. A scheduled cleanup removes expired outputs, failed and cancelled inputs, and abandoned uploads. A storage interruption can delay deletion; the cleanup service retries.

Usage and guest sessions

Accepted input bytes share one daily allowance across tools. Active uploads reserve allowance to prevent simultaneous uploads exceeding it. Failed and cancelled jobs release their reservation. Guest usage uses a secure cookie and a keyed network address to reduce abuse. People sharing a network may share a guest allowance.

Account data

Account records include your email, password hash, plan, job metadata, and billing records where configured. Verification and password reset links are time limited. Contact messages are retained for support.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential cookies maintain authentication, guest ownership, and request security. Optional analytics requires consent and a configured integration. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; raw card details are not stored by this application.
