How does the free daily allowance work?
The Free plan starts with 1 GB total per day across every tool, with a separate 500 MB per-file limit. Current limits come from your plan and appear beside the uploader.
Where do my files go?
Files are uploaded to private temporary storage. Processing workers convert them, and the result is available through an expiring download. See our file privacy explanation.
Will conversion improve the quality of my file?
Changing format cannot restore detail already lost. Lossless formats preserve decoded data but may create larger files. Compression may reduce quality.
Why are some converters unavailable?
A converter is available only after its processor is installed, it passes the conversion tests, and it is enabled. Support varies by installation.
